Angelo Cisneros is a Front End Developer with a passion for education and web development. He began his career in IT support and operations but quickly moved into managing projects and product and strategy roles. Angelo's passion for education and his Latino heritage led him to be selected as an Opportunity Fund Fellow by General Assembly. This gave him the chance to dedicate himself full-time to learning front- and back-end web development in GA's Web Development Immersive course. He graduated in February 2015 and is currently looking for a team where he can continue to grow and learn at a breakneck speed under the mentorship of a kick-ass senior dev team. Through his roles and experiences, Angelo has discovered his passion for writing code and bringing digital products to life. He is skilled in JavaScript (ES5/ES2015+), HTML, CSS, AngularJS, React, Node.js, ExpressJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo, Jasmine, super-agent w/super-test for API, Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, Bootstrap, Foundation5, LESS, SASS, Git/GitHub, Docker, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON. Currently, Angelo is working as a Front End Engineer (Angular and React) at Teachscape, where he has focused on engine refactoring, UI development, and building new UI for learning observation and assessment tools. Angelo has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Science, Technology & Intl Affairs from Georgetown University. He also attended General Assembly's Product Management course in DC to further his education in the business aspect of IT. Overall, Angelo has 12.54 years of relevant experience in Frontend, AngularJS, Web, UI, Javascript, testing, MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres, Docker, Backend, and product management. He is a dedicated and passionate developer who is always looking to learn and grow in his field.
